BOLTON

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This policy explains how Bolton Technical Equipment Supplies LLC SPC (“BOLTON”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use bolton-tech.com, submit an RFQ, place an order or contact us.

Who we are

Bolton Technical Equipment Supplies LLC SPC is a technical sourcing and procurement company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We operate bolton-tech.com and serve business customers in defence, aerospace, UAV/UAS, MRO and industrial sectors.

What we collect

We collect personal data when you interact with us, including:

  • Enquiry and contact forms — your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • RFQ Basket submissions — the items you request (including SKU/MPN and quantities), specifications, documentation requirements, destination details and your contact and company information.
  • My Account and My RFQs — your account details, login credentials and RFQ history when you register for an account.
  • Orders — billing and delivery details, order history and related records for products purchased online.
  • Cookies and analytics — usage information collected through cookies and analytics services (including Google tools), such as pages visited, device type and general location, used to understand how the website is used.
  • Communications — records of correspondence with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

How we use your data

We use this information to:

  • review and respond to your RFQs and enquiries, and prepare quotations;
  • process, verify and fulfil orders, and arrange delivery;
  • carry out compliance review where a product, destination or end-use requires it, which may include asking you for end-use or destination information;
  • manage your account, invoicing and our business records;
  • operate, secure and improve the website.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed — for example hosting providers, payment providers, couriers and business and accounting systems (such as Zoho). These providers process data to deliver their services to us.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, or by regulators, or where necessary for export-control/compliance review — for example, sharing relevant order, destination or end-use details with suppliers or authorities where a compliance review requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Payment information

Online card payments are handled by our payment providers. BOLTON does not store your payment card details.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google tools) to measure and improve how the website performs. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some website features may not work fully without them.

Communications

If you contact us — or ask us to contact you — by email, phone or WhatsApp, we will use those channels to handle your RFQ, order or enquiry. Records of these communications are kept as part of our business records.

How long we keep data

We retain personal data in our business and accounting systems for as long as it is needed to manage RFQs, quotations, orders and our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised in the ordinary course of our records management.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal data we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask for data to be deleted where we no longer need it for business, legal or accounting reasons. You may also ask us to close your account. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
