These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bolton-tech.com and any quotation request or order placed through it. The website is operated by Bolton Technical Equipment Supplies LLC SPC (“BOLTON”, “we”), a technical sourcing and procurement company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using this website, you accept these terms.
Using this website
You may browse the catalogue, create a My Account profile, submit RFQ Baskets and, where available, place online orders. Please keep your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes. We may update the website, catalogue and these terms from time to time; the version published here applies.
Catalogue information
Catalogue data — including SKU, MPN, brand and product family — is published to help you identify items for procurement. It is not an offer to sell and does not guarantee stock, price or delivery. Most products are listed as “Price on request”, and no stock or lead-time claims are made on product pages. Specifications, availability and documentation are confirmed at quotation stage.
RFQs and quotations
Submitting an RFQ Basket is a request for a quotation — it is not an order and does not create a contract. BOLTON reviews quantities, specifications, documentation requirements, availability, lead time, destination and compliance before quoting. Each quotation carries a validity date stated on the quotation, and prices or availability may change before a formal quotation is issued. BOLTON may decline an RFQ or order for availability, compliance, destination, documentation or commercial reasons. Full details are in our RFQ & Quotation Terms.
Online orders
A small set of products may be purchasable online where a real price and checkout are shown. Placing an online order is an offer to purchase. Orders may be subject to verification and acceptance, and online payment or authorisation does not override review where an item requires confirmation. We will notify you if an order cannot be accepted.
Pricing and availability
Prices and availability shown or quoted are subject to review until a formal quotation is issued or an order is accepted. Where a quotation has been issued, the price and validity date on that quotation apply.
Payment
Accepted payment methods and related conditions are as set out in our Payment & Order Confirmation Terms. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers and is not stored by BOLTON.
Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel a request or order, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation of an accepted order is subject to BOLTON’s agreement, particularly where procurement, special ordering or documentation work has already begun; where cancellation is agreed, costs already incurred may be taken into account.
Delivery
Delivery charges, any free-delivery thresholds and estimated delivery timeframes for eligible online (priced) orders within the UAE are as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Lead times for RFQ and special-order items are quoted separately. International shipping is arranged by separate quotation and review only. Returns
Returns require prior authorisation from BOLTON. Certain items, including special-order and items identified as non-returnable at quotation or order stage, may not be returnable. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process, conditions and remedies.
Documentation
Certificates of Conformity, datasheets, SDS/TDS, test reports, calibration records and traceability are available only where applicable and are confirmed at quotation, item by item. Please state documentation requirements at RFQ stage. No blanket documentation or certification guarantee is given. See our Documentation disclaimer.
Export-controlled and restricted goods
Certain products, destinations or end-uses may require compliance review. BOLTON may request end-use or destination information and may decline an RFQ or order where restrictions apply. See our Export & Restricted Goods notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, BOLTON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as loss of profit, production or contracts — arising from use of this website or reliance on catalogue information, and our liability in respect of goods supplied is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the price paid for those goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
