This policy explains how Bolton Technical Equipment Supplies LLC SPC (“BOLTON”) delivers goods ordered or quoted through bolton-tech.com.
How delivery works at BOLTON
We operate a hybrid model, so delivery is handled in two ways:
- Eligible online (priced) orders — a small set of catalogue items may carry a real price and online checkout. These are delivered under the UAE terms below once the order has been accepted and payment confirmed.
- RFQ and special-order items — most of our catalogue is price-on-request. Delivery costs and lead times for these items are confirmed in your quotation, not on this page.
Catalogue data (SKU, MPN, brand, product family) is published for procurement identification. It does not, by itself, guarantee stock, price or delivery, and no stock or lead-time claims are made on product pages.
UAE delivery — eligible online orders
- Delivery charge: AED 30 flat across the UAE.
- Free delivery on eligible online orders over AED 1,000.
- Typical UAE delivery for eligible online (priced) items is estimated at 2–5 business days after order acceptance/payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
If an item in an online order requires additional review or confirmation before supply, we will contact you before dispatch. Deliveries to remote or restricted-access locations may take longer or require separate arrangements; we will contact you if this applies to your order.
RFQ and special-order items
Lead times for RFQ, procured, custom and special-order items are quoted separately, item by item, once we have reviewed quantities, specifications, documentation requirements, availability and destination. Lead times stated in a quotation apply within the validity date shown on that quotation; availability may change before a formal quotation is issued.
International shipping
We do not publish international delivery rates or timescales. International shipments are reviewed and quoted separately, and arrangements may depend on the destination, product type, documentation, export and compliance review, courier availability, and your own import or customer requirements. Please state the destination country when you submit your RFQ.
Couriers and tracking
Shipments are handled by BOLTON’s approved courier and logistics partners, or other carriers suited to the shipment. We do not commit to a specific named courier; the carrier may vary by item, destination and service availability. Where the carrier provides tracking, we will pass it on to you.
Estimates, not guarantees
All delivery timeframes on this page and in our communications are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can be affected by stock position, supplier lead times, carrier performance, customs processing and other factors beyond our control. A fixed delivery date is only binding where it has been expressly agreed with you in writing.
Restricted destinations and compliance
Certain products, destinations or end-uses may require a compliance review before we can quote or ship. We may ask you for end-use or destination information, and we may decline to supply or ship where restrictions apply or where the required information is not provided.
Your responsibilities
- Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable contact for the delivery.
- Respond promptly if we need to confirm details before dispatch.
- For international shipments, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any destination-country requirements, unless expressly agreed otherwise in your quotation.
- Check goods on receipt and notify us promptly of anything wrong, damaged or missing (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
