The 3M Cool Flow Valve and a carbon layer are included in this disposable N95 particulate welding respirator. It’s made for situations where metal fumes are prevalent, such as those involving ozone and low-level organic vapors.
The lightweight, disposable N95 particle respirator is designed to provide respiratory protection for applications such as welding, soldering, and other metal-related procedures. To suit your respiratory protection and comfort needs, 3M uses a variety of unique technologies and features. Longer respirator life is provided by the carefully formulated cake-resistant filter medium. The respirator uses 3M’s unique technology, as well as advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter material, to make breathing easier. The 3MTM Cool Flow Exhalation Valve helps make the wearer more comfortable by reducing heat buildup inside the respirator. These features, in combination with the completely adjustable straps, are intended to improve user comfort and wearability.

Compatible with a wide range of hearing and eye protection. The nose clip can be adjusted for a more personalized and secure fit. The head straps are fully adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit. Work with stainless, galvanized, or aluminum. Up to 10 times the OSHA PEL or corresponding government occupational exposure limits, whichever is lower, 3M recommends for ozone protection. NIOSH has not certified this product for use against ozone. WARNING: These respirators can help decrease your exposure to certain toxins in the air. The wearer must read and understand the User Instructions included in the product packaging before using it. In the United States, a written respiratory protection program that meets all of the requirements must be established.
