F626 – Semi-Lugged Lever Operated Butterfly Valves – Ductile Iron

Suitable for applications where Level 3 C3 (Medium) corrosion protection is required.
Maintenance-free valve design, reducing downtime.
Suitable for a wide temperature range -10°C to 130°C.
Suitable for use with flanges conforming to BS EN 1092-2 PN10 or PN16 and ANSI B16.1 Class 125.

SPECIFICATION:

Lever-operated epoxy-coated Ductile Iron Body.
Semi-lugged. Aluminium Bronze disc. EPDM or Nitrile liner.
To suit flange connections BS EN 1092-2 PN10 or PN16 and ANSI B16.1 Class 125.
Valves may be used for flow regulation. The valve design conforms to BS EN 593. Face-to-face conforms to BS EN 558.

Butterfly Valves are quarter turns full clockwise, and opened by turning anticlockwise.
Check that valves operate fully prior to commissioning and that there are no obstructions to the full travel of the disc.
The disc enters the pipeline when the valve is in the fully open position.
Ensure there are no obstructions upstream or downstream of the valve to prevent incorrect operation.
tight shut-off and under no circumstances should a wrench or wheel key be used.
Counterclockwise rotation of the handwheel will open the valve until the full open travel stop.
the intermediate regulated travel stop (memory stop) if fitted on the double regulating version.
A non-adjustable pointer indicates the actual valve disk position against a fixed scale
