About the 3M VHB Tape GPH-110GF Grey 25
VHB tapes are 3M’s double-sided acrylic foam bonding tapes, adhesive-coated on both faces so the joint is formed over the full contact area. This 3M VHB Tape industrial adhesive carries the series designation GPH-110GF and is supplied grey, 25 mm wide, on a 33 m roll. GPH-110GF is a distinct series reference within the VHB range and is not a substitute for numeric grades such as 4941 or 5952; specifying a replacement by width and colour alone will not reproduce the same product. The 25 mm width gives a wider bond line than the common 19 mm size, which is usually chosen when a larger bonded area is needed to carry the joint or to seal a wider flange. A 33 m roll gives the same run length as the narrower widths in the series, so material planning changes only with the area covered.
