Description

About the Flap Wheel 60 x 20 P60

This item is an abrasive flap wheel of 60 mm diameter and 20 mm face width in P60 grit. A flap wheel is built from overlapping flaps of coated abrasive cloth bonded radially around a central hub; as the wheel rotates, the flaps wear progressively to expose fresh abrasive, giving a consistent finish over the life of the tool and conforming naturally to contoured and hard-to-reach surfaces. P60 is a medium-coarse grit on the FEPA scale, suited to weld blending, deburring, rust and coating removal and general stock refinement ahead of finer finishing steps. Mounting style and maximum operating speed depend on the specific manufacturer’s construction and should be confirmed at quotation stage.
