The 2400KMS MagicSense tool set gathers three tools from EREM’s 2400 MagicSense range of medium-sized precision cutters and pliers: the 2412E diagonal cutting pliers with bevel, the 2482E tip cutting pliers without bevel, and the 2411P needle-nose pliers in ESD version. The 2400 range was designed to combine robustness with visibility and access at the work point, and the cutting edges are made from a special tool steel that is inductively hardened to 64 to 65 HRc — a hardness chosen to extend edge life on repeated lead trimming. Cutting surfaces are anti-reflective, which keeps glare down under bench lighting and inspection microscopes, ESD safe, and re-sharpenable, so a worn tool can be returned to service rather than scrapped. The set is supplied in an ESD-safe plastic case. Country of origin is Switzerland.
