The Hex Socket Cap Screw M5x55 A4 is a socket head cap screw with an M5 metric thread and a 55 mm nominal length, manufactured in A4 stainless steel — the 316-family austenitic grade alloyed with molybdenum for improved resistance to chlorides, salt spray and many process chemicals. The cylindrical head with internal hexagon drive allows high installation torque from a hex key and can sit in a counterbore for a flush finish.
