About the Screw Hex Cap Head M2X25 Stainless Steel
The Screw Hex Cap Head M2X25 Stainless is manufactured to DIN 912, the long-established standard for hexagon socket head cap screws with cylindrical heads. This variant pairs the miniature M2 thread with a comparatively long 25 mm nominal length — a long-reach size within the M2 range. Per the DIN 912 dimension table an M2 cap screw has a head diameter of about 3.8 mm, a 2 mm head height and a 1.5 mm internal hexagon. Material is A4 stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing 316-family austenitic grade for chloride and marine corrosion resistance. Thread class, full/partial thread and certification requirements can be recorded in your RFQ so the correct DIN 912 execution is quoted, from prototype lots through to production packs.
