This is a precision screwdriver with a PH000 Phillips point and a 1.2 mm tip diameter, made for the smallest class of cross-recess (Phillips) screws. PH000 sits below PH00 and PH0 in the Phillips size series and engages the miniature recesses found on screws in compact electronic and precision-mechanical assemblies. Using the correctly sized point matters most at this scale: an oversized or worn tip cams out of the recess and destroys the screw head, which on miniature fasteners is rarely recoverable. Precision drivers of this format are proportioned for fingertip control rather than torque, typically with a slim shaft and a rotating end cap so the driver can be spun steadily while held in line with the screw.
