This Screw Hex Socket Cap Head M3x10 is an M3 x 10 mm cap screw in A4 stainless steel. Socket head cap screws have a cylindrical head with an internal hexagon drive, allowing high tightening torque in confined spaces and flush seating in counterbored holes. What sets this variant apart is the material class: A4 is the marine-grade austenitic stainless class (316 type), which retains its corrosion resistance in chloride-laden coastal and offshore atmospheres where the standard A2 grade can begin to pit. The 10 mm length places the screw in thin-section joints — covers, flanges and small brackets clamped to tapped parts. M3 socket cap screws are driven with a 2.5 mm hex key.
