Description
Screw, Hex Socket Cap Head M3x16, Stainless Steel A2, ISO 4762 — BOLTON SKU 60365.
About the Screw, Hex Socket Cap Head M3x16, Stainless
This Screw Hex Socket Cap Head M3x16 is an M3 x 16 mm cap screw in A2 stainless steel, manufactured to ISO 4762, the standard governing metric socket head cap screws with cylindrical heads and internal hexagon drives. A2 is the general-purpose austenitic stainless class (304 type), giving reliable corrosion resistance in normal indoor, workshop and sheltered outdoor service. The 16 mm length is the distinguishing attribute of this variant: it reaches through thicker panels, spacer stacks and standoffs while still engaging enough thread in the tapped part to develop full clamp force. As with all M3 screws to ISO 4762, it is driven with a 2.5 mm hex key, and the cylindrical head can be recessed into a counterbore for a flush surface. BOLTON supplies this screw against request for quotation; quantities and certificate requirements can be stated in your RFQ.
