The Jameson Insulated Ratcheting Box Wrench in 13 mm (Jameson JT-WR series, JT-WR-07013) is a fully insulated ratcheting box-end wrench built for work on or near energised equipment. The tool is constructed with heavy-duty injection-moulded Nylon 11 insulation and is rated for 1,000-volt live-line applications, exceeding the requirements of IEC 60900:2012 and ASTM F1505. Jameson states that every tool is 100% inspected and tested to 10,000 volts against its 1,000-volt working rating, and the insulation withstands temperature extremes from −40 °F to 158 °F. The ratcheting box end lets a technician run a 13 mm nut or bolt continuously without lifting and re-seating the wrench — a practical safety benefit in confined, energised compartments where repositioning a tool raises risk.
