This Flat Washer M2.5 Stainless Steel A4 is a plain washer to DIN 125 for M2.5 fasteners, made in A4 (316-type) marine-grade stainless steel. DIN 125 defines the standard plain washer fitted under metric fastener heads and nuts. For the M2.5 size, DIN 125 specifies a 2.7 mm inside diameter, 6.5 mm outside diameter and 0.5 mm thickness. At this miniature scale the washer’s job is proportionally more important than on larger fasteners: an M2.5 screw head is small enough to embed into soft or thin materials as it is torqued, and the washer spreads that clamping load, protects the surface and gives the head a defined bearing face. The A4 grade keeps its corrosion resistance in chloride-laden and humid atmospheres, matching A4 miniature screws so the whole joint shares one corrosion class.
