This Screw Torx Socket Pan Head 2.5 x 6 is made to WN 1452, the works standard covering PT-style thread-forming pan head screws with a hexalobular (Torx) drive for direct fastening into thermoplastic parts. It is the 2.5 mm nominal diameter size in the short 6 mm length, in A2 austenitic stainless steel. The 6 mm length is the option for shallow bosses and thin-walled mouldings: it limits how far the forming thread penetrates, reducing the risk of bottoming out or bulging the far side of a thin section while still providing usable engagement in the displaced plastic. The stainless material keeps the fastener serviceable where humidity or occasional moisture exposure would corrode plain steel screws. Manufacturer and pack quantity are confirmed at quotation.
