The Stahlwille 01240012 1 4 in Drive socket is the 40DL extra-deep pattern in size 12 mm. Its 12-point (bi-hexagon) opening engages hexagon fasteners in twelve positions, halving the swing angle needed in tight spots, and the 50 mm overall length lets the socket pass over protruding studs and reach nuts seated below the surface.
