This VM100 25ML x 8 syringe Black listing covers eight 25 ml syringe packs of Easy Composites’ VM100 high-strength structural methacrylate (MMA) adhesive in black. Easy Composites documents VM100 as a fast-curing two-part acrylic adhesive mixed at a 1:1 ratio, with roughly a 5–6 minute working time, handling strength in about 12 minutes and full cure in 24 hours at room temperature. It is recommended for bonding carbon fibre and other composite laminates to themselves and to a wide range of substrates, including metals such as aluminium, titanium and steel, and many plastics. The 25 ml syringe format dispenses through a supplied static mixing nozzle and needs no cartridge gun, which suits small repairs, prototypes and bonding trials.
