The Adam Hall 17343 Overlatch Butterfly Latch is a small overlatching butterfly catch mounted in a recessed dish, part of Adam Hall Hardware’s flight-case fittings range. The latch is made from steel with a galvanised surface, set in a cranked, small-format dish with a 9 mm dish depth, and installs through 5.1 mm mounting holes. The overlatch design closes over a mating keeper on the case lid so the two case halves are drawn together and held closed; this model is the non-lockable version without push-out spring or push-flat function. Listed unit weight is 0.118 kg. Recessing the butterfly in its dish keeps the closed latch below the case surface, protecting it from impact during transit and stacking.
