The Power Adhesives Tec 810-12 is a corded industrial hot-melt applicator built around a 250 W heater with a stainless steel melt cartridge. The 810-12-UK2-T195-BX1-RS glue gun variant carries the T195 designation, meaning a 195 °C thermostat, and includes a built-in thermal safety fuse. It accepts any 12 mm diameter adhesive stick and is fitted as standard with a 2 mm single-hole nozzle. Quoted flow rate is 2 kg/h with a warm-up time under three minutes, so it is intended for continuous production or assembly use rather than occasional work. Ergonomic features include an illuminated on/off switch, a narrow-profile handle with soft-feel grip, an adjustable trigger stroke and a detachable stand that incorporates a nozzle spanner. Typical applications
A 250 W gun running 12 mm sticks at a fixed 195 °C is normally chosen for repetitive bonding on a line: carton and case sealing, packaging closure, foam and fabric assembly, point-of-sale and display build-up, and general workshop fixing where a fast-setting structural-grade hot melt is acceptable.
