Overview
SDBPTPZ-256G is the Western Digital PC SN530 NVMe SSD at 256 GB in the M.2 2230-S3-M form factor. It is a client OEM drive built on a Western Digital in-house controller with 96-layer 3D NAND and a tiered-caching NVMe architecture, presenting a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface to NVMe v1.4. The 30 mm card length and 2.38 mm maximum thickness suit ultra-thin notebook, tablet and small-board designs, and the drive draws 75 mW average active power.
