Two-part Scotch-Weld structural adhesives are dispensed through a disposable static mixing nozzle that blends resin and hardener as the cartridge is expressed; this reference covers the nozzle sized for 200 ml and 400 ml cartridges. Nozzles are consumables, replaced for each dispensing session once the mixed adhesive cures.
