The SMBJ family is a surface-mount transient voltage suppressor line in the DO-214AA (SMB) body; 350A here sets the stand-off working voltage at 350 V, with the clamping voltage quoted at 567 V. TVS diodes are placed across lines to divert surge energy away from downstream electronics.
