About the XT-4510 Robot Pallet Wrapping Machine
The XT-4510 is a self-propelled robot stretch wrapper: instead of turning the load on a turntable, the machine drives around a stationary pallet, so there is no upper limit on pallet length or width. It is PLC controlled with a touch-screen panel and a remote controller option. Power comes from two 12 V batteries in series giving 24 V at 120 Ah, charged from a 220 V single-phase 50 Hz supply in 8 to 10 hours. Maximum wrapping height is 2400 mm and the smallest load it will wrap is 700 × 700 × 500 mm, with a minimum pallet weight of 150 kg required to hold the load in place. The powered pre-stretch carriage stretches film by up to 250%. It takes film rolls of up to 250 mm outside diameter on a 76 mm core, 500 mm wide and 20 to 30 microns thick. The machine measures 1610 × 1253 × 2785 mm and weighs 450 kg.

Typical applications
A driven robot wrapper is chosen over a turntable machine where loads are unstable, oversized or too heavy to spin, and where wrapping has to happen wherever the pallet already stands rather than at a fixed station. The 2400 mm wrapping height covers standard and double-stacked pallets, and the 250% pre-stretch carriage is what reduces film consumption per load. The 150 kg minimum pallet weight is the practical constraint: lighter loads can be dragged by film tension and are better suited to a turntable.
