Description
Overview
The AFG31052 is the 50 MHz, two-channel member of the Tektronix AFG31000 series of arbitrary function generators. It offers a Basic (AFG) mode for standard functions and arbitrary waveforms and an Advanced (Sequence) mode with 16 Mpts of arbitrary waveform memory per channel, together with Tektronix’s InstaView technology for viewing the waveform actually present at the device under test. Output is 1 mVpp to 10 Vpp into 50 Ω with 14-bit vertical resolution, controlled through a 9-inch capacitive touch screen.
