Description

The soft, silicone face seal on the 3M Half Face Reusable Respirator 7500 Series provides enhanced comfort and durability. The 3M Cool Flow Valve facilitates breathing while reducing heat and moisture build-up for cool, dry comfort. When used with certified 3M cartridges and filters, the 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7500 Series helps protect against particles and a wide variety of gases and vapors. This respirator (often referred to as a “mask”) helps offer respiratory protection at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit when correctly fitted and used with certified 3M cartridges and filters (PEL). The innovative silicone material used in this respirator delivers a gentler sensation on the face. For even more comfort, a unique adjustable design helps to eliminate pressure spots on the face. The 3M Cool Flow Valve makes breathing easier while also keeping the user cooler and dryer. When not in use, the head harness can be adjusted to drop down (allows the respirator to be removed without taking off the hard hat). Exhaled breath and moisture are directed downward by the exhalation valve cover, which protects the valve area from debris and makes cleaning easier. Abatement, painting, welding, chemical handling, building, utilities, mining, pharmaceutical, and smelting are all recommended applications.
