Overview
These are white cotton wiping cloths of the reclaimed-textile type, sold by the compressed bale. Cotton rags absorb oils, solvents and water well, and can be used and discarded without the cost of laundering. White rags are preferred where the cloth must not transfer dye onto a surface. The photo shows the rags packed in a clear plastic-wrapped bale.

Applications
