About the Pure Acetone 3.78
Pure Acetone 3.78 L is a one-US-gallon container of acetone (propan-2-one, CAS 67-64-1), a fast-evaporating organic solvent widely used across composite, paint and maintenance workshops. Acetone is fully miscible with water and dissolves many resins, adhesives, greases and surface contaminants, which makes it a standard choice for cleaning uncured polyester and epoxy resin from tools and mould surfaces, thinning and equipment flushing where the coating system permits, and degreasing substrates ahead of bonding or painting. Because pure acetone evaporates quickly and leaves minimal residue, it suits final wipe-down of surfaces before adhesive or laminate application. It is a highly flammable liquid; store and use it in line with the supplier safety data sheet, with appropriate ventilation and ignition-source control.
