Overview
This is a 25 mm gate valve for polypropylene random copolymer (PPR) pipe systems, supplied under the Cosmoplast brand. The photograph shows a green PPR valve body with plain socket ends on either side and a red handwheel on a metal stem. Valves of this type are joined to PPR pipe by heat fusion rather than threading, giving a continuous plastic pipeline that resists corrosion and scale.

Applications
