Overview
This flexible coupling is a single-sphere rubber expansion joint in 4 inch nominal bore, made up with a rotating steel flange at each end. The rubber body is marked 4″ / 100, matching the DN100 size, and the record specifies PN16 flange drilling. Fitted between two pipe flanges, the rubber bellows takes up pump vibration, thermal movement and small axial or angular offsets and helps quieten the line.
