The 3M Scotch-Weld EPX square green mixing nozzle is a disposable static mixer used with 490 mL two-part adhesive cartridges. Adhesive components pass through the green square mixing elements inside the clear housing and emerge blended at the tip, which can be trimmed to set the bead size. 3M lists this low-waste version under stock number 7100066351 (UPC 0-00-51115-81619-2) alongside its 490 mL Dual Drive applicators. Leaving a used nozzle on the cartridge seals the remaining adhesive for later use.
