This SAHVAIM upgrade bimetallic nozzle for elegoo OrangeStorm Giga machines replaces the standard hot-end nozzle with a bimetallic design rated for continuous operation at 300 °C. Bimetallic construction combines two metals in one nozzle body — typically a hard, wear-resistant bore with a more thermally conductive outer body — so the nozzle holds its geometry against abrasive filaments while still transferring heat efficiently from the heater block.
