About the Stahlwille 11111010 Reversible Ratchet 1 Technical
The Stahlwille 11111010 is the 1/4 in square-drive member of the reversible ratchet family, at 117 mm overall the shortest of the three common drive sizes. Its mechanism has 22 teeth, giving a working angle of 16.5° — the arc the handle must travel before the pawl picks up the next tooth. The short handle is deliberate: 1/4 in drives are used on small fasteners where excess leverage risks stripping threads or shearing hardware, so the tool limits the torque a technician can apply by hand. Construction is chrome alloy steel with a chrome-plated finish and a two-component handle. The Stahlwille 11111010 Reversible technical component is made to DIN 3122 / ISO 3315 and takes standard 1/4 in sockets, bit holders and extensions.

Typical applications
A 117 mm 1/4 in ratchet is the tool for small hexagon hardware on electronics enclosures, connector backshells, instrument panels, cable cleats and light brackets. Its compact head and short body let it work inside equipment bays and racks where a larger drive simply will not fit.
