Description
Milwaukee Heavy Duty Top Handle Jigsaw — JSPE135TX — BOLTON SKU 53849.
About the Milwaukee Heavy Duty Top Handle Jigsaw
A jigsaw cuts with a narrow blade reciprocating up and down, and that narrow blade is the whole reason the tool exists: it can turn inside its own kerf, follow a drawn curve and start a cut from a drilled hole in the middle of a panel, none of which a circular saw can do. The handle configuration is the distinguishing feature of this reference. On a top-handle machine the grip sits above the motor body, so the operator’s hand is directly over the blade and downward pressure holds the shoe flat to the work — the configuration most users find natural for one-handed cutting on flat, supported material, and the reason it remains the more common of the two layouts. This Milwaukee Heavy Duty power tool carries the model designation JSPE135TX within Milwaukee’s Heavy Duty range. Stroke length, stroke rate, cutting capacities, blade fitting and electrical supply should be confirmed against the manufacturer’s current datasheet on your RFQ.

Typical applications
Top-handle jigsaws are used for curved and irregular cuts, internal cut-outs and plunge starts in timber, board, plastics and thin sheet metal — service openings in panels, apertures for sockets, sinks and access hatches, and general shaping work in fit-out and joinery. The top-handle layout suits cutting on a bench or on supported sheet where the operator works from above. Blade selection governs the material and finish achieved, so blades should be specified alongside the machine.
