The 805-001-16M15-37SA Plug 37-Position connector is a micro-miniature circular connector plug carrying 37 contact positions. The contacts are female sockets, gold plated, and terminated by crimping rather than soldering, so conductors are prepared and crimped into removable contacts which are then inserted into the insert cavities. Connectors of this pattern are used where a high circuit count has to pass through a small shell diameter, and the crimp system means individual circuits can be extracted and replaced with a contact removal tool without disturbing the rest of the harness.
