Description
Overview
The D-436-36 is a Raychem MiniSeal sealed in-line (butt) crimp splice from TE Connectivity. It combines a tin-plated copper-alloy crimp barrel with a separate heat-shrinkable, transparent blue, radiation cross-linked modified PVDF sleeve carrying immersion-resistant thermoplastic sealing rings, so that the joint is insulated and sealed against liquid ingress in a single small, lightweight component. The -36 size is red colour-coded and accepts 26 to 20 AWG conductors (304 to 1510 CMA), with a maximum of two wires per side of the crimp.
