About the SC0045Y2 Flammable Cabinet 45 Gallon, 2 Doors
The SC0045Y2 flammable storage cabinet is a floor-standing cabinet rated at a 45 gallon capacity, approximately 170 litres, for the segregated storage of flammable liquids in a workshop, laboratory or store. It is configured with two manually operated doors and one internal shelf, and measures 1650 mm high by 1092 mm wide by 457 mm deep. Cabinets of this type exist to keep solvents, fuels, thinners, adhesives and aerosols out of the general working area and inside a defined, labelled enclosure, so that a container failure is contained and the quantity held at the point of use stays controlled and auditable. The single shelf divides the internal volume so that containers can be separated by type and so that smaller items are not stacked on top of larger drums.
