Typical applications
At 100 kΩ the part is normally placed where loading must be kept light: high-impedance sensing dividers, gate and base bleed resistors that hold a device off, discharge paths across small capacitors, and RC networks setting delays or filter corners. Precision at ±1% is worth having in any divider whose output is digitised. With the 0805 case rated at 0.125 W and 150 V, the working voltage limit is usually reached long before the power limit in a resistor of this value.
