The TPSM365R6 is a non-isolated synchronous step-down power module from Texas Instruments, supplied with the switching regulator and its inductor integrated in one package so that the external network reduces to input and output capacitors and the feedback divider. It accepts a 3 V to 65 V input with transient capability quoted to 70 V, which is what allows a single design to sit behind 12 V, 24 V and 48 V distribution without a front-end pre-regulator. The adjustable version covers a 1 V to 13 V output; fixed 3.3 V and 5 V options exist in the same family.
