About the 3M 7581 Head Harness for 7500 Series
The 3M 7581 is the replacement head harness — the cradle and strap suspension — for the 3M 7500 series reusable half facepiece respirators, specifically the 7501, 7502 and 7503 sizes. 3M classifies it as a system component rather than a standalone product: it restores the original head-support geometry of the mask so that facepiece fit and seal are maintained after the elastomeric straps have stretched, hardened or torn in service.
