About the LORA6500PRO-TTL-433 LoRa Module, 433MHz

The LORA6500PRO-TTL-433 LoRa transceiver module is a G-NiceRF RF modem built on the Semtech SX1278 transceiver, configured for the 433 MHz band with a TTL serial interface. Output power is 5 W, equivalent to +37 dBm, and published receive sensitivity is -139 dBm. The module uses LoRa spread-spectrum modulation with selectable air data rates spanning roughly 91 bps to 17,353 bps across 40 channels. Firmware provides mesh networking with automatic routing between nodes, AES128 encryption of the payload, and a listen-before-talk function that checks the channel before transmitting to reduce collisions. Supply voltage is 9 to 30 V DC, with 12 V as the default. The manufacturer quotes a maximum open-field range of about 15 km at the lowest air data rate; achievable range depends on antenna, terrain and applicable regulatory power limits, and local frequency licensing should be verified before deployment. RS232 and RS485 interface versions exist in the same family.
