About the EUDAX 5V Active Alarm Buzzer
The EUDAX 5V Active Alarm Buzzer is a miniature electromechanical sounder measuring 9 mm in diameter by 5.5 mm in height, with a listed weight of roughly 0.65 g. Being an active buzzer, it contains its own internal drive circuit: applying a 5 V DC supply produces a loud continuous tone without any external oscillator, which keeps the supporting electronics to a minimum. The manufacturer markets it as a super-loud alarm and beeper-tracker for FPV racing drones and RC quadcopters, wired to the flight controller or power distribution board so the model can be located after a landing off-field.
