HumiSeal 1B31 is a single-component, fast air-drying acrylic conformal coating used to protect printed circuit assemblies against moisture and airborne contamination. This grade is supplied pre-blended, already diluted to a working viscosity of 65 cPs, so no additional thinner is required before application, and it is packaged in a 5 litre can under part code HPB31655LT. The 1B31 chemistry is qualified to MIL-I-46058C and meets IPC-CC-830, and the cured film fluoresces under ultraviolet light so that coverage can be inspected.
