This PTFE Sheet 0.25mm 250 Microns Thick roll is thin-gauge polytetrafluoroethylene sheet, supplied 1000 mm wide in 50 m roll lengths with a glossy surface finish. PTFE is a fluoropolymer known for near-universal chemical inertness, a very low coefficient of friction, non-stick release behaviour and useful properties across a wide temperature range, and it is also a good electrical insulator. At this thickness the material handles as a conformable film: it can be cut with knife or shears, draped over tooling and taped or clamped in place, giving a smooth, chemically resistant working surface wherever adhesives, resins or sealants must not stick. The glossy finish corresponds to a smooth sheet surface. Grade and any specification requirements are confirmed at quotation.

Typical applications
Thin PTFE sheet in roll form is used as a release and protection layer on workbenches and lay-up tables, as slip and isolation film between mating surfaces, and for gasket or liner blanks cut to shape. The 1000 mm width covers full bench and tool faces with minimal joints.
