This is CEMO’s 95-litre petrol fuel trolley in the electric-pump configuration (CEMO reference 10646, per BOLTON’s quotation record). The two-wheeled unit measures approximately 100 × 59 × 43 cm and weighs 22 kg empty, with an inbuilt handle for moving it around a site. CEMO and its distributors describe the tank as high-density, electrically conductive polyethylene to dissipate static during petrol handling, dispensing through a 12 V battery-connected pump (rated by UK distributors at about 25 litres per minute) with connection cables and clips and a statically conductive delivery hose. Distributor listings also note suitability for transporting fuel for on-site refuelling within the ADR 1.1.3.1 c) allowance, subject to local regulation.
