About the Moxa BXP-C100-C7-8L-T Industrial Box Computer
The BXP-C100-C7-8L-T box computer is the Intel Core i7-1185G7E variant of Moxa’s BXP-C100 industrial computer family. Its interface set comprises two serial ports, four digital inputs and four digital outputs, two USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports, one VGA output and one HDMI output. Removable storage is carried on one CFast slot and one SD slot; the base unit is supplied without drive media and without an operating system, so both are selected to suit the deployment. Power input is 12/24 VDC, and the unit is rated for operation from −30 to 60 °C. It is manufactured in Taiwan. Where factory RAM is uprated above the base configuration, Moxa reissues the part number as configured-to-order (CTO), while the underlying base model remains BXP-C100-C7-8L-T.

Typical applications
Wide-temperature box computers of this class are deployed as edge controllers and data-concentration nodes in unconditioned cabinets, vehicles and outdoor enclosures, where a standard commercial PC would fall outside its thermal rating. The two serial ports and the digital I/O suit direct connection to legacy field devices and simple discrete signalling, while the CFast and SD slots allow storage media to be selected or exchanged without opening a drive bay. The VGA and HDMI outputs cover both existing panel displays and current monitors.
