SHIELDED 24GA 3 CONDUCTOR WHITE WIRE M27500-24TG3T14 — BOLTON SKU 53288.
About the M27500-24TG3T14 Aerospace Wire
M27500 is the aerospace cable specification (originating as MIL-C-27500 and continued as NEMA WC 27500) under which multi-conductor airframe and equipment cables are built from qualified basic wires, with the part number encoding the whole construction. In M27500-24TG3T14 the 24 gives 24 AWG conductors; TG identifies the basic wire as AS22759/18 — tin-plated copper conductor with extruded ETFE insulation, rated 600 V and 150 °C in the light-weight wall; the 3 gives three conductors laid up together; the T specifies a tin-coated copper braid shield over the core; and the 14 specifies an extruded white ETFE jacket over the shield. The three-conductor configuration is what distinguishes this part from the otherwise identical two- and four-conductor builds in the same TG-14 family: it carries a third circuit inside one shielded, jacketed run, so a screened three-wire interface can be routed as a single cable rather than as separate wires bundled and screened at build.

Typical applications
A shielded three-conductor 24 AWG run is the usual choice where an interface needs more than a screened pair but stays at signal-level current — three-wire sensor and transducer connections, low-power supply plus return and a control or sense line, and switched discretes that must be screened against airframe noise. Keeping the third conductor inside the same shield and jacket means one part number, one shield termination and one route through the airframe, which is why harness shops stock the 2-, 3- and 4-conductor TG-14 builds side by side and pick by circuit count.
