About the GHR-06V-S Connector
The GHR-06V-S is a connector housing from the JST GH series of disconnectable crimp-style connectors on a 1.25 mm contact pitch. This housing provides 6 positions in a single row and accepts JST GH crimp contacts terminated onto discrete wires, mating with the corresponding GH shrouded header on the printed circuit board. JST describes the series as having a secure lock mechanism with a large outer latch for positive lock, low insertion force contacts that mate with a positive tactile clicking sensation, and a structure that prevents contact deformation; the housings are also designed to prevent incorrect mating. JST publishes series ratings of 1 A AC/DC using AWG #26 wire, 50 V AC/DC and an operating temperature range of −40 °C to +105 °C.
