Description
XT60 Male Battery Power Connector, 2-Pin, Solder Type — BOLTON SKU 56155.
About the XT60 Male Battery Power Connector, 2-Pin Soldering
This XT60 Male Battery Power Connector 2-Pin is the male half of the widely adopted XT60 DC power connector pattern used on lithium battery packs and their loads. The XT60 format pairs two gold-plated bullet contacts inside a polarised, keyed nylon housing, so packs cannot be connected with reversed polarity and the contacts are shrouded against accidental shorting. The design is named for its nominal 60 A continuous current class, and terminations are solder buckets that accept heavy-gauge silicone battery wire (commonly up to 12 AWG). The nylon body tolerates soldering heat and gives a firm, high-friction mating action that resists vibration disconnects. This listing is for the male connector only; the mating female connector is listed separately.
