Description
XT30U-F XT30 Connector, 2-Way, Female, Solder, 30 A — BOLTON SKU 67246.
About the XT30U-F XT30 Female Solder Connector, 30
The XT30U-F solder connector is the female half of the AMASS XT30U two-pole DC power connector, a smaller counterpart to the XT60 intended for lower-current battery and distribution links. The contacts are 2 mm bullet sockets in gold-plated brass, carried in a PA66 nylon housing rated UL94 V-0 for flammability, with the asymmetric outline that keys the pair against reversed-polarity mating. AMASS publishes a rated current of 15 A with an instantaneous rating of 30 A, a voltage rating of 500 V, contact resistance of 0.70 mOhm and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +120 °C. Conductors of roughly 14 to 18 AWG are the recommended range for the solder cups, which are filled with tinned conductor and then insulated with heat-shrink sleeving. The U suffix identifies the updated version of the XT30 outline offered by AMASS.

Typical applications
The XT30 size suits smaller multirotor battery leads, power-distribution board inputs and payload or accessory feeds where an XT60 would be unnecessarily large and heavy. The female half is generally used where the connector may be left unmated on a live circuit, since its contacts sit inside the housing rather than exposed. Solder-cup termination on 14–18 AWG conductor makes it practical for hand-built and repaired leads in a workshop or field environment.
